Sex magic is a term for various types of sexual activity used in magical, ritualistic, or otherwise religious and spiritual pursuits. One practice of sex magic is using the energy of sexual arousal or orgasm with visualization of a desired result. A premise of sex magic is the concept that sexual energy is a potent force that can be harnessed to transcend one's normally perceived reality
Sex Magic, Mystical rites, rituals, and ceremonies involving sex have been practiced in numerous cultures, East and West, for longer than anyone can document. Early Celts engaged in sexual activity, particularly during the spring planting season and on Beltane, as a form of sympathetic magic to encourage the land's fertility. Temple priestesses in ancient Greece combined sex and mysticism. Tantric yoga channels sexual energy toward spiritual goals and also promotes health and longevity. Early Jewish mysticism contained sexual components in its rituals and spirituality. In Wicca's Great Rite, a couple invites the God and Goddess to enter their bodies during sex, and the act is considered sacred.
Sex magicians, such as Austin Osman Spare, openly advocate the use of the sex act -- or the passions or arousal states it evokes -- as a point upon which to focus their wills or magical desire for effects in the non-sexual world. This is fine and well, but for some reason, many of these same sex magick practitioners also seem to feel that those who practice tantra yoga, neo-tantra or karezza a similar interest in using the sex act as a focal point for will. For instance, in 1995 there was some discussion in usenet of whether tantra yoga is simply a "spiritual" path and thus not suitable to be listed among the "sex magick" and other magical disciplines archived by tyagi nagasiva (who maintains a valuable reference file on accessing information on the occult via the net).As i see it, though, the split between "sacred sex" and "spiritual sex" on the one hand and "magical sex" or "sex magic" on the other hand does not lie on the line that divides tantra and karezza from sex magic it lies on the line that divides certain forms of tantra from other forms of tantra and all karezza. Western sex magic is rooted in the teachings of Sufis, who supposedly shared their knowledge with the Knights Templar during the Crusades in the Middle East. The Templars brought these practices back to Europe, where they were incorporated into other mystical and occult philosophies.
Magic's notorious bad boy, Aleister Crowley, did much to promote and influence the course sex magic has taken in the West. Crowley learned sex magic while traveling in India and Africa, and he emphasized its practice through the organization he headed, the Ordo Templi Orientis (OTO). Like other types of magical work, sex magic's objectives are varied, ranging from healing to spell-working to spiritual enlightenment. Franz Mesmer used sexually induced trances to facilitate various types of healing. The British poet William Blake, a Freemason, wrote about a facet of sex magic that involves sexual activity between humans and spiritual beings. In kundalini yoga, sexual energy is raised and directed throughout the body to nourish the charkas and encourage healing on every level. Because sex magic's power comes from blending male and female energies with divine forces to produce wholeness, it can also be an effective way to consciously create virtually any circumstance you desire.
Tapping Creative Sexual Energy. Sex magic taps the powerful creative force inherent in sexual activity for specific purposes other than human reproduction. According to sex magic's tenets, this creative force, which is responsible for all human and animal life, can be directed to create abundance, success, healing, and so on.Sexual energy can provide the fuel to propel all forms of manifestation. The result of magical coupling is known as a "magickal childe." This means an effect is imprinted on the spiritual plane that will eventually materialize in the physical world. As in other types of magic, the participants mentally create an image of the intention they wish to bring into being. Then they engage in sex while holding this image in their minds. At the moment of orgasm, the image is released into the cosmos to be acted upon by divine forces and finally "birthed" on the material plane.
This is only one of many sex magic practices, but it's a relatively easy and effective method. Other forms, such as tantric yoga and astral traveling during sexual trance, require more extensive mental, physical, and spiritual expertise. Charging Sexual Charms The creative energy raised during sex magic can be used to empower charms and other magic tools. The easiest way to do this is to fashion a talisman or amulet in the usual manner, as described in other chapters of this book. Then keep the charm near you (or wear it) while engaging in sexual activity. Remember to hold your intention clearly in your mind throughout the act.You can also charge charms with a mixture of male and female fluids (called elixir) generated during magical sexual activity. Anoint a talisman or amulet with these fluids, just as you might anoint a charm with essential oils. The creative force permeates the charm and imbues it with additional power. Magicians sometimes use sexual fluids to charge magical tools, too.
Modern western magical practices, at their most basic, involve tapping into kind of energy source and shaping and directing it via willpower. Available energy sources are numerous: the Cosmic Consciousness, spirits or deities, the natural world, other planes of existence, and one's own life force, for just a sample. This energy can be also tapped or generated in a variety of ways, from rigid, calculated ritual to ecstatic chanting and dancing.
Sex is one of the ways magicians can generate energy for their workings, and the result is commonly called sex magic.
There are two main approaches to sex magic. The first is generating energy through the sex act, which is focused through concentration and released toward the desired outcome at orgasm.
The second approach to sex magic involves performance of a sex act but withholding from orgasm. This allows energy to build up and be retained within the practitioner. Such energy is often directed toward goals of personal transformation.
Sex magic can be integrated into pretty much any kind of sex act, including heterosexual sex, homosexual set, group sex, sexual acts without intercourse, and masturbation.
When the sex involves multiple people, all participants may or may not be actively involved in the magical aspect of the act. However, it should go without saying that all participants must consenting participants of the sex act itself.
1. First of all, stay away from drugs, alcohol, and birth control pills for three months before performing this sex spell. Make sure your blood pressure is normal.
2. Get a new comfortable red dress, made of soft, luxurious feeling cloth. Buy some treat foods you like best that do not need to be cooked, like fruit juices, herbed bread, soft cheeses, fresh fruit, fruit tarts or chocolates.
3. Buy handful of red and pink rose petals and dry them. Then get two roots, a John the Conqueror Root symbolizing the male, testosterone hormone and Mars, and a Queen Elizabeth Root symbolizing the female, estrogen hormone and Venus.
4. Buy large red candle that can last for at least 6 hours. Dragon's Blood Resin incense. Burn it on charcoal disks.
5. A rectangular red flannel mojo bag with a drawstring. Red colored jewelry like red coral. Commanding oil. Follow me boy oil. Florida water cologne. Love me oil.
Wait until the day you expect your period to begin. Keep everything ready until you do get your period. You and your sex partner (if any) should not go to work that day.
Wake up at dawn on the day that you expect your period to begin and begin the spell as soon as you first get cramps before you start to bleed.
Bathe in water scented with your favourite oil or bath salts. Wear the red dress without underwear and your red jewelry. If you begin to bleed during the course of the day, you may bleed all over the red dress or take it off and perform the remainder of the spell naked. Do not wear tampons or pads.
Light the Dragon's blood incense. Engrave your desire for increased libido and sex drive on the candle with a needle. Dress the candle with Commanding Oil. Dress the John the Conqueror Root with Commanding Oil and the Queen Elizabeth Root with Follow Me Boy Oil. Put the two roots and the rose petals at the base of the candle. Say your prayer or desire for increased libido aloud to your deity and watch the candle flame.
When your cramps increase and you start your period, burn the incense, then begin sexual stimulation, solo or with your partner. While you are engaged in this stimulation act, think about how much you ALWAYS want to feel like this. Do not climax and reach orgasm right away, but close to it multiple times, taking breaks for light drinks. Alternatei sour fruit juices with and sweet fruit juices.
Keep this cycle going for about 4 hours by touching and caressing yourself or have your partner touch and caress you all over your body. You should have had your period by now and you can now reach peak orgasm.
Rest a moment, thank your partner (if you had one) and deity for helping you achieve great sexual pleasure, then arise and bathe in water with Florida Water cologne. Change your clothes or remain naked. Collect the rose petals, Queen Elizabeth Root, and John the Conqueror Root from beside the candle and put them in the red mojo bag. Pour a few drops of Love Me Oil on the bag and pass it over the smoke of the incense. Then place the mojo bag beneath your bed and let the candle burn out.
Repeat this sex spell as long as you like and as long as it gets you your desired results.
